This has come about after many in my community and NHS DPP groups suggested You Tube to me, as a medium for my coaching skills. So now my energy & expression (ahem) can carry far and wide! Watch out - Clare's about! (Yes possibly very embarrassing, along the lines of Beadles about :)
Yes, I've only gone and done it...I've launched a live event series alongside a lovely local wellness collaborator: Emma of 'Wellbeing With Emma B' (Emma was the guest expert on Symphony of Nature's Sound podcast episode). Very exciting AND a lot of work - It's going to be great!
Our first fair - a Wellness Day for all - before the mayhem of the holidays. It's taking place at Fordhall Farm, Market Drayton, Shropshire on Sunday 26th November - if you're local, you don't want to miss it, see eventbrite or details below.

Before diving into an actual Habit selection though, it's wise to know what has stirred you up, why change and why now?
This is your purpose shining through. It’s often a quiet whisper of a thought, so easily dismissed. But please don’t.
Please try to lean into the feelings you have around your health that have become masked by time and busyness. You are strong and can look into your own future with fierce bravery – you know why you want this change journey.
You are now ready to press play >
1. Know Your Purpose.
Your Driving Force behind Why you want this change and the Direction you’re headed?
Habits are neural pathways of memory that need brain training to develop, master and maintain. We can’t just jump in with wild abandon. That leads to the risky business of wasting time and energy on unimportant ideas or misaligned goals and ultimately disappointment in yourself or your outcome.
2. Know Your Starting Position
You can then identify where your health could do with some extra help and which Habit area is best prioritized by your purpose?
How? Evaluate your health landscape – get to know your health strengths, health weaknesses, across all 4 key dimensions of your health (physical, mental, social & spiritual). Then investigate the key social influences on your life & health (money, family, relationships, careers etc).
3. The number 1 rule of Health Habits coaching is GET INTO ACTION!
Without action you cannot change. Your action also often needs to be a 1st, because a change journey is all about doing something different, new from the familiar, from what you have already done in your past. Actioning that 1st will include some fear, but you can use the FIERCE of your PURPOSE to overcome it.
Then take action with a 1st attempt of stepping into that journey towards a new healthier you. Because this process done right, near GUARANTEES YOUR HEALTH DREAMS.
Well this was a very exciting Weekly Habit - Full of Purpose, Passion & Energy for all things New and Undiscovered.
